Ever wondered what a day in the life of a Disney travel planner looks like? Today has been one of those full-on, wonderfully busy days where I’m working my magic behind the scenes for multiple families to create their dream Disney trips. It’s a blend of double-checking every detail, getting a little creative to find the best deals, and packing in plenty of Disney tips to make each trip as magical as possible!

Morning: Triple Prep for Disneyland Paris

With three families heading to Disneyland Paris at the end of the month, today’s been all about the final touches. From travel documents to hotel bookings and park tickets, every detail needs to be double-checked, cross-checked, and then checked again! I want each family to feel totally at ease with every part of their trip, so it’s my job to make sure there are no surprises (except the magical kind, of course!).

Once everything’s sorted and organised, I love to add my own finishing touches: custom itineraries packed with my favourite insider tips and tricks. I’ve been putting together guides tailored to each family, so they know where to grab the best snacks, how to avoid queues, and little-known spots to meet characters. They’ll each have a bundle of guides with all my hints, tips, and must-dos for an unforgettable time at Disneyland Paris.

Afternoon: Last-Minute Walt Disney World Quote

No day in the life of a Disney planner is complete without a last-minute request or two! Today, I received a request for a Walt Disney World holiday quote for 2025. The dining offer is a big deal, and my client wanted to make sure they’d get the most out of it. It’s always a little puzzle figuring out the best resort, dining plan, and dates to maximise the magic for each family. But once I find that perfect balance, there’s no better feeling. After a bit of research, I was able to send over a quote that takes full advantage of the dining offer and works beautifully with their budget.

Evening: Disneyland Paris Magic for a First-Timer

Finally, I had the fun task of putting together a Disneyland Paris quote for a family taking their six-year-old daughter for her very first Disney trip next February or March. The challenge? Finding a deal with travel, hotel, and park tickets all wrapped up in a budget of around £1,500. I love a challenge, especially when it means finding a way to make Disney magic accessible without breaking the bank. After a few hours of comparing options and digging deep into deals, I found a combination that ticks every box for them—perfect for making their first Disney experience one to remember!

Wrap-Up: Behind-the-Scenes Magic

Days like this are a bit of a whirlwind, but I wouldn’t trade them for anything. Each booking has its own little quirks, challenges, and details, but that’s what makes it all so rewarding. I love knowing that my clients will arrive prepared, excited, and with plenty of little Disney secrets in their back pockets to make their trip that much more magical. And tomorrow? Well, it’ll be more of the same—helping families live out their Disney dreams, one detail at a time!
