This week is all about Lapland prep! With a few families heading off soon, I’ve been pulling together everything they’ll need to make their trips as stress-free as possible. Lapland is such a magical destination, but planning it can feel a bit overwhelming. That’s where I come in!
One of my favourite things to do is create a handy guide for each family. I include all the essentials—packing tips, destination guides, practical advice for the Arctic weather—and send it over in one document they can save on their phones. It’s so much easier than sifting through emails or trying to remember where you saw that one piece of advice!
I’ve also been answering lots of questions:
• “What kind of boots do we need for the snow?”
• “Can I hire snow gear when I arrive?”
• “What happens if our flight is delayed due to weather?”
These are exactly the kind of things I love helping with. Knowing that my families feel confident and prepared makes it all worthwhile. I work with some amazing Lapland providers—Santa’s Lapland, Inghams, Transun, Not in the Guidebooks and even more bespoke options—so I know their packages cover everything. Whether it’s a day trip or a weeklong adventure with skiing, families are in good hands.
I’ve also had a couple of “last-minute panic” moments from customers, and I’m so glad I can be their go-to person to sort things quickly. No call centres, no long email waits—just a message to me, and it’s done. That’s what I’m here for!
Lapland is a trip of a lifetime, and I love being part of making it magical. For anyone planning their own trip, just remember: it’s okay to feel a bit overwhelmed. With the right support, it all comes together beautifully—and trust me, it’s worth it!
My customers never pay a penny more by booking their trip through me than they would if they booked online themselves. The price is exactly the same, but with me, they get all this
extra help, personalised support, and peace of mind. It’s just one of the many ways I make their Lapland adventure as magical as possible!
